Texas Proper to Life: Mainstream Media’s Professional-Abortion Slant Is ‘Deadly’

Texas Proper to Life has known as out mainstream media’s blatant pro-abortion bias that propagates the lies of the abortion trade.

Reporters “bend the truth” to make each American consider that the pro-life motion is “nothing but an anti-scientific hate-filled conspiracy to control women,” states the group’s president Dr. John Seago in an electronic mail late Monday.

However due to the media’s willingness to repeat the lies instructed by the abortion foyer, they make themselves “an accessory of the abortion industry,” Seago declares.

A lot of the battle is about phrases, Seago suggests, as a result of whoever controls the phrases controls the narrative.

“They say ‘it’s just a fetus,’ not a baby,” Seago notes. “They say ‘sporadic electrical impulses,’ not a heartbeat; they say ‘reproductive justice,’ not ending a human life.”

Furthermore, leftist reporters “continue to misrepresent, misreport, and uncritically quote confused doctors in their stories without question,” Seago states.

As a latest instance, Seago hyperlinks to an MSNBC report from final week that “blasted” Texas Proper to Life, suggesting it’s “disingenuous” to oblige medical doctors to comply with the letter of the legislation.

The media’s pro-abortion slant is not only irritating, Seago insists, it’s “deadly,” as a result of what’s at stake is the lifetime of the unborn youngster.

Seago “shepherded” the passage of Texas’ Late-Time period Abortion Ban & Heartbeat Act, calling the laws “a phenomenal victory and the most significant accomplishment for the Texas pro-life movement since Roe.”
