The controversy started with an announcement that for Satisfaction month, academics at Saticoy Elementary would learn college students Mary Hoffman’s e-book “The Great Big Book of Families,” which Goodreads known as “a celebration of the diverse fabric of kith and kin the world over.”
Some protesters marched exterior the varsity sporting shirts and holding banners that learn, “leave our kids alone.”
Others held indicators with slogans like “no to sexualizing our kids,” “no pride in grooming,” “parental choice matters,” and “our protest is against [Los Angeles Unified School District].”
