Two years ago, Speaker Pelosi, President Biden, and the House of Representatives pushed an agenda which wrecked America’s economy. This has led to inflation at alarming levels. Socialists from the far left have made our country more dependent on foreign countries for energy and opened up our southern borders to illegal immigration. Every week Democrats have refused to take up any bill on the House Floor which would solve the grave problems families face.
We have a plan. House Republicans have today launched our plan. “Commitment to America,” which is a bold conservative vision for a prosperous America that will reverse Biden and Pelosi’s self-made crises. The plan is based on four core principles: an economic that is strong, a secure nation and freedom-based future. And a government that holds itself accountable.
The top economic advisor of President Clinton, Larry Summers, warned that the Democrats had spent $10 trillion on large-scale spending bills. Inflation has soared to new heights, reaching the highest levels in 40 years. Biden and Pelosi’s inflation is crushing hard-working families and is taking $460 out of their pockets every single month.

Democrats approved the “Democratic Vote” “Inflation Reduction Act,”The Congressional Budget Office confirmed that the legislation raises taxes for workers and small-businesses and that 87,000 IRS agents are being hired to audit families with low or moderate incomes.
Our “Commitment to America”Calls for cutting government waste and tax cuts. Businesses will find it much easier to lower prices. This will also allow for struggling families to save more money.
The Biden administration needs to understand that doubling down on radical climate policies ignores the reality of the world’s current energy needs. The Biden administration would have to adopt an “all-of-the above” energy strategy, which includes natural gas and petroleum as well as the nuclear power we generate here in America. This will help reduce the skyrocketing prices of gas and increase household energy costs.

In the past year, there has been an increase in homicides by about 50 percent and an increase in aggravated assaults by 36%.
Overdoses caused by drugs claimed the lives of more than 100,000 Americans in 2021. Roughly two-thirds came from opioids like fentanyl, which cartels are smuggling into our country across Biden’s open southern border.
Republicans have a simple solution: Stand with law enforcement and secure America’s border.
We provide funding to state and local police forces through COPS grants. This will make it more easy for them to hire the officers that they require to protect our communities.
By requiring the federal government to secure our nation’s borders through the renewal of border wall construction, migrants will have a harder time unlawfully entering our country, and drug cartels won’t be able to take advantage of an open southern border.
Republicans are not like Democrats and will choose parents and children to over union bosses.
When concerned parents spoke up at school board meetings, the head of the nation’s largest school board association wrote a letter to President Biden asking his administration to treat parental involvement as possible acts of domestic terrorism. Days later, Biden’s Department of Justice issued a memo that equated parents exercising their right to free speech as domestic terrorists.
As millions of children struggled with remote and distanced learning, the Biden administration coordinated with teachers union bosses – instead of parents – and re-wrote critical portions of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s school reopening guidance. After union bosses expressed concern that this guidance did not encourage the opening of schools, the Biden administration rewrote critical portions of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s school reopening guidance.
By passing a Parents’ Bill of Rights, parents will have a stronger voice, and it will be easier for them to get involved with their kids’ education.

Globally, Democrats put America on the path to decline. Biden quickly withdrew U.S. soldiers from Afghanistan. He left behind millions of dollars worth of military equipment, and allowed the Taliban to take over the country.
The United States is currently experiencing its worst ever border crisis. More than 3.2 million migrants have been apprehended during Joe Biden’s presidency.

Despite control of both chambers of Congress, Democrats have refused to investigate the Biden administration’s failures and mismanagement of our country. This dereliction is clear.
