A retired Arkansas firefighter who positioned his toes on Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) desk on January 6, 2021, has been sentenced to over 4 years in jail after he was convicted of felony costs of civil dysfunction and obstruction of an official continuing.
Richard “Bigo” Barnett was given 54 months in jail by U.S. District Decide Christopher Cooper and three years of supervised launch and a $2,000 effective. Further costs included theft of presidency property, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted constructing or grounds with a lethal or harmful weapon, and parading or demonstrating in a capitol constructing.
