Max Mitchell, the rookie offensive tackle of the New York Jets has been ruled out for the rest of the season by doctors who reportedly found blood clots in his right leg as well as one of his lunges.
Rumours and speculation circulated about Mitchell’s absence on Sunday in the match against the Minnesota Vikings. Mitchell had been placed on the NFI, which is a non-football injury registry. The Jets fell 27-22.

The 6’6” 299-pound lineman was taken in the 4th round of the 2022 NFL draft by the Jets out of the University of Louisiana.
