If you want to know where exactly the suspected Chinese spy balloon is over the Midwest, you’re out of luck.
On Friday, Pentagon Press Secretary Brigadier Gen. Pat Ryder — of the “most transparent administration ever” as it has come to be mocked — told inquiring minds to turn their eyes towards the clouds if they want to know its location.
“Does the public not have a right to know if the balloon is over their state?”He was asked by a reporter.
“The public certainly has the ability to look up in the sky and see where the balloon is,”He answered.

Ryder stated that Ryder will not provide an hour-by–hour update on its location.
In August 2022, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin selected Ryder to the Press job.
“Pat will fill a critical role, leading our efforts to provide timely, accurate information to the media, and through the media to the American people,”Austin stated at that time.
Somehow, it seems doubtful that Ryder’s performance today meets the definition of providing “timely, accurate information.”
Jen Psaki (then White House Press Secretary) promised Biden this on the first day of the Biden Administration. “bring transparency and truth back to the government to share the truth, even when it’s hard to hear.”
Now, more than two decades later, it’s clear it was a liar.
According to reports, the White House knew about this balloon from Wednesday. According to reports, the American public only discovered about the balloon after civilians saw it in the air and asked what it was.
It was told us that military personnel could not bring it down because it might land on people below. This could possibly cause injury or death.
The embarrassment in international affairs is broadcasting the message to the rest of the world that the U.S. under President Joe Biden can be floated around by anyone and everyone.
Ted Cruz, a Republican from Texas, criticized the president’s inept response.
“Everything about the Biden admin’s response to the Chinese spy balloon reeks of indecision and weakness. They can’t decide whether to shoot it down or not,” Cruz said. “They can’t decide whether to go to China or not.”
“China has been spying on us pervasively,”He went on. “They also commit genocide, use slave labor, and threaten us and our allies. Staggering to think a balloon changes everything for Team Biden.”
In all likelihood, it won’t change anything for Biden or much of the Washington, D.C., class benefitting from the Chinese government.
