Dwayne “The Rock”Johnson thanked God. “Angels of mercy”After his mother’s terrifying accident in which one of her cars was flipped open, he survived the car accident on Thursday.
In a Instagram post, the actor, 50, shared a photo his mother, Ata Johnson, 74, had been in when the crash occurred. He also praised Ata as someone who survived the accident and lung cancer.
“Thank you God she’s ok,”Johnson captioned Johnson’s post. “Angels of mercy watched over my mom as she was in a car crash late last night. She’ll survive and continue to get evaluated.”
“This woman has survived lung cancer, tough marriage, head on collision with a drunk driver,”He concluded. “She’s a survivor, in ways that make angels and miracles real. Thank you LAPD & LAFD for being so caring & focused. Thanks for staying on phone and talking me thru it all.”
“I got one parent left, so if you still got your mom and dad make sure you hug ’em hard, [cause] you never know when you’ll get that 3am call we never want to get,”The “Red Notice”Star concluded.
Photo shared by actor showed the front end of red SUV Cadillac, with one side completely open. It exposed internal components. The photo doesn’t show if any of the airbags deployed during the crash. However, it seems likely.
